Interactive PDF Version that Newly 393 Items Added in Total

 YG-1 has released an updated ‘indexable inserts 2020 catalog’ for the Asian market. The new edition has introduced newly developed items, 393 in total. Customers will find it informative and convenient as it upgraded to a user-friendly interactive PDF version. Here are the highlights for each section.

1.Milling
- YG603 for Stainless Steel, YG501 and YG5020 for Cast Iron, and YG50 for Aluminum machining were newly introduced. In addition, it also contains YG HF4 Mill ENMX, the revolutionary highfeed end- and facemill, offering unique insert thickness and unmatched productivity.

2. Drilling
- New SPMX holders have been added and now available from Ø 13 to Ø33 and 2XD, 3XD and 5XD are listed.

3. Turning
- Newly developed YG3015, a grade optimized for steel machining, which holds excellent productivity with superior balance of wear resistance and improved toughness has been added.
Moreover, the latest edition contains the entire portfolio expansion with grades, chip breakers, insert sizes and corner radius.

4. Parting & Grooving
- The new TD type holders have been included. Not only internal and external holders but also blade and block have been added. Furthermore, the newly developed angle inserts will provide you with the highest machining efficiency.
