Even greater productivity is now available with Synchro Tap with internal coolant for all tap types in the Synchro Tap line including spiral flute, spiral point, straight flute, and form taps. In addition to internal coolant options, Synchro Tap has been expanded to include metric fine sizes and form tap sizes up to M20 providing end users with a wide range of productivity improvement options.
Synchro Tap is designed for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and cast aluminum tapping applications. The high-performance design provides long, reliable tool life and excellent thread finish at spindle speeds up to 3 times faster than conventional taps.
