The Dream Drills Super Alloy has TiAlN coating which is excellent for heat and wear resistance and longer tool life by reducing the cutting load with convex cutting edge and cam relief.

Furthermore, Radius Gashing type lessens the generation of cutting heat and provides smooth chip removal with a suitable design for super heat-resistant alloy.

Super alloy is a heat-resistant steel which maintains strength and hardness even at high temperature, for example, Inconel (Ni-Cr-Fe Alloy) is typical. Today, it is widely used in the manufacture of heat-resistant parts of satellites, which are aerospace equipment, gas turbines blades, medical equipment, and nuclear related applications.
