YG-1’s new product, Alu-Power HPC is a solid carbide End mills specialized for Aluminum Alloy Al7075, Non-ferrous and Non-metallic materials, mainly used in Aerospace industries.

Alu-Power HPC contains special geometries to control weight balance in order to maintain a high performance at a higher RPM, making it possible to run approximately 3 times more faster in cutting speed compared to conventional aluminum cutting tools. It’s also suitable for a variety of applications and demonstrates a great performance on heavy- cutting applications with an excellent surface- finish.

The use of Alu-Power HPC will significantly increase productivity and reduce costs for customers.

Currently, Alu-Power HPC comes in a 3-flute square and corner radius with various size of cornor radius, necks and diameters with coated and uncoated products both available. Alu-Power HPC is expected to be in demand not only in Aerospace industries but also in several other industries as well.
